Please read before ordering — this is a pre-order product.

All TrooperOnesie items are made to order. Your onesie does not exist yet when you place your order — production begins after your purchase is confirmed.

Order timeline

Production: 20 days
Production starts within 24 hours of your order being confirmed and takes approximately 20 days. Each onesie is manufactured individually.

Shipping: 8–10 days
Once production is complete, your order ships and typically arrives within 8–10 days.

Total estimated delivery: 28–30 days from the date of purchase.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Shipping cost

Free worldwide shipping on all orders. No minimum spend.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Delivery times may extend beyond the estimate for remote locations.

Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

Delays

The timelines above are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs clearance, courier backlogs, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, peak seasons, or events outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Order changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us. After 24 hours, production has begun and orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
